Lynx operate with integrity, honesty, uprightness and sound moral principles.

We want those who deal with us to be confident that we can be trusted, that we are honest, and that we do the right thing for the right reasons. When mistakes are made, we acknowledge them, learn from them and try not to repeat them. We do not make promises that we cannot keep.

We aim to perform better than our customer's expectations and measure our performance objectively.

We don't believe there is only one right way to provide security services. We do believe there is always a better way to be discovered, learned and put into practice.

Customer Service

We are focused on meeting our customers' needs and exceeding their expectations. We capture customer needs through our process of risk assessment and analysis; we embody our solution in bespoke Assignment Instructions which are agreed and authorised with our customers.

Our support staff are all trained to deal with enquiries from customers and security officers and we nominate a director to each customer relationship.

Key customer's needs are communicated throughout the entire organisation and employees care encouraged to question whether what we are doing is the best that we can do. We know that needs change and pride ourselves on our adaptability.

Employee Satisfaction

Satisfaction for our employees comes from knowing they are doing work that makes a real difference and that their good work is noticed and appreciated. Satisfaction also comes from feeling respected and valued by employers and our customers. We regularly sample employee satisfaction and management regularly review and act on the feedback.

Community

Lynx play a full part in the security community with Leadership roles in the BSIA, ASIS and Skills for Security as well as memberships of other relevant professional bodies such as the IOD and BIFM.
