A high level of staff retention is an essential factor in the provision of an effective security service. Lynx has developed a staff retention programme that begins with careful selection of the correct calibre of individual for our customers' assignments and extends through comprehensive in house training to internal promotions for the most able. Many of our customers join us in our staff recognition schemes.
