New Operations Director - Lynx welcomes Rajeev Pradhan

Following their philosophy of promoting from within where possible, the Directors of Lynx are delighted to announce the appointment of Rajeev Pradhan as Operations Director, with immediate effect.
After completing a BSc degree in Hotel and Catering Management at the University of Surrey in 1994, Rajeev went on to management positions for Hilton Hotels and Holiday Inns in Europe, North America and the Middle East. On his return to the UK in 2002, Rajeev entered the security guarding industry and has held senior management roles involving both service delivery and operations support responsibilities.
Since joining Lynx Security in 2006, Rajeev has been responsible for a wide range of challenging security assignments and was promoted to Senior Operations Manager in May 2009. Rajeev completed an MBA from the Surrey University School of Management in 2007.
Customer service and commitment to quality have been common themes throughout Rajeev’s career and he is looking forward to his new role at Lynx.
Rajeev is married with two children.
