Marisa Harracksingh has achieved the Level 3 Certificate In Personnel Practice - a professional qualification of the Chartered Institute Of Personnel and Devleopment (CIPD). Marisa was supported in her study by Lynx and this qualification will prove valuable in her everyday dealings with staff and recruits. Commenting on Marisa's success, Personnel Director Ian Noble said " we are always keen to encourage our staff to develop their professional qualifications and careers and Marisa has done very well to gain this qualification from the CIPD"
