Lynx is delighted to announce that our full-time Training Manager, Bob Crowhurst, has gained a credit in passing the NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety. This includes Management and Practical Application of Health & Safety and Controlling Workplace Hazards. Bob is a qualified and registered trainer under the Skills for Security training programme to provide their Basic Job Training, Security Practitioner Training and Coaching and Security Supervisors Training and Coaching. Bob has a Level 3 City & Guilds teaching qualification for Delivering Learning and delivery of Conflict Management Training and is also a RoSPA qualified Banksman assessor. This latest qualification will help Bob continue to ensure that all our officers have access to the best in house training for their duties. Lynx has recently renewed its National Britannia SAFEcontractor accreditation which helps to underpin our good risk management with a checking process for Health &Safety Procedures
