Financial Incentives
Rates of Pay
Lynx assignments generally demand upper quartile pay rates. We understand the need to recruit an above average calibre of staff and the benefit of retaining officers and who can develop careers within our organisation.
Security Licence Fees
Lynx pay for the costs of obtaining or renewing a Security Licence for all our staff. All our staff, including Head Office personnel, are licensed.
Security Officer of the Month and Year
A monetary award is made, usually on Client recommendation, to deserving Security Officers monthly.
At the end of each year, Lynx Security and a panel of customer representatives will then assess the merits of the 12 monthly award winners and decide who best deserves the Security Officer of the Year Award.
We also participate in the BSIA awards scheme.
Loyalty Awards
Annual bonuses are paid to employees who have served in excess of one year unbroken service.
Recruitment Bonuses
Employees who introduce a successful recruit receive a significant cash award. We have found that recommendation by one of our employees the best way to recruit dependable staff.
Free Uniforms and Uniform Cleaning
Staff are issued with free uniforms and all uniform cleaning is paid for by the Company.
Training Courses
The Company pays for all approved external training undertaken by Security Officers and is active in promoting the benefits of formal qualifications.
Hospital Saturday Fund
Lynx operate a contributory group scheme for our staff with the benefits of private optical, dental and medical cover. We provide all the administration free of charge for this scheme.
