We undertake regular service level assessments and sample customer satisfaction through attitude surveys, regular visits and client meetings which allow us to listen and respond to our customers' needs and constantly improve service performance. This helps us to appreciate the needs of our customers and produce relevant innovations and ideas.

Effective and efficient communication with our customers is a key objective, with particular emphasis on meaningful measurement of our performance. Service Level Agreements with defined Key Performance Indicators help our customers and ourselves to monitor our work and identify performance trends.

We also listen to our Security Officers at regular Site Clinics where site specific information and ideas are shared in an open forum and we regularly conduct employee opinion surveys.
